the AHA Better U 12 week program
In 2022 I was selected to participate in this amazing program along with 11 other women to work on improving our heart health. It incorporated exercise, meal planning, and overall mind and body health.On this page I shared my progress and what I learned. It is important to know how to perform CPR when tragedy strikes; but it is more beneficial to learn how to prevent heart attacks in the first place.
