the AHA Better U 12 week program 

I was selected to participate in this amazing program along with 11 other women to work on improving our heart health. It will incorporate exercise, meal planning, and overall mind and body health. I am looking forward to sharing my progress and what I learn with my students. It is important to know how to perform CPR when tragedy strikes; but it is more beneficial to learn how to prevent heart attacks in the first place. Stay connected and follow along - cheer me on - I'll need the encouragement!
